Fence & Privacy Screen
Vertical batten fence painted the shade _____. Fence provides security from outside. Privacy screen between 2 units provides privacy between the residents.
Drainage
Poor drainage led to flooding and pooling of water in unwanted places. Gutters, downspouts, french drains, and strategic landscaping were used to achieve more effective drainage.
Driveway
The existing driveway was poorly designed. Not only did it regularly flood, but the space wasn’t maximized making it so residents had to park on the street. We cleared out brush, a tree stump, and a dirt pile. In addition, we added drains and different layers of crushed rock over a layer of weed fabric. Went from 3 parking spots to 6 parking spots.
